There are so many emergency calls but the officials of the Pierce County think they can manage it; sonic boom was one of it. The 911 center has confidence on its team to control any kind of panic situation. Sonic Boom was a situation when people dialed 911 but it could not do much about it.
According to Law Enforcement Support Agency, there were changes that were being made in order to solve the troubles of the people. There are rare chances when emergency situations may not be attended to network problem. The same happened during sonic boom when people got network busy when they were trying to contact the 911 for help. Recently, this event that happened proved to be the blunder. The agency thinks their 30 phone lines are enough to seek the reports of people those who are in need of help. They are maintaining it but the fact is they would have to include more operators so that there are no more mishaps like sonic boom.
The officials have accepted that it was their fault and they even mentioned about a similar incident that occurred last year. There were so many frightened people due to this sonic boom but this was worst when emergency help was not accessible.
