Milwaukee was recently struck by a rainfall which was very ghastly. Due to the rainfall, a sinkhole opened up. The rain was accompanied by heavy thunderstorms and the area all around was flooded. The Sinkhole was reported to be 20 feet deep. A car was fallen along with its driver in the sinkhole with stoplights over it. However, the people who were working around the area of sinkhole saved the car’s driver. The police sealed the area as soon as the accident took place. In order, to avoid the further accidents and people from panicking, the police officials had to take this action. As the car fell down in the giant pit, the workers left its engine on so that they are not affected by the accident. They let the fuel of the car finish so as to avoid any further mishaps. They ensured that the area they had to clean is safe and only after that did they clean the area.
There was severe violence in the nature that caused lightning, thunderstorms and rainfall. There were two people who were injured by lightning and therefore they were hospitalized. Milwaukee ’s drainage system gave a way to this sinkhole which was earlier, a manhole. The thickness of rain was around 5-1/2 inches which caused the fury in people. Many people call the sinkhole to be a resultant of heavy rainfall.
