Ball players have been using ignoramus behavior which is a bad example for others. They are professional yet they use steroids. This has reached in front of Congress though it is not the first time. But, yet again many players and trainers are depending on the steroids. Congress is against this ignoramus behavior of the ball players. Federal grand jury accused these players and trainers. They are violating the laws of the government. Ignoramus behavior will not be acceptable by Congress. It is ruled out that if a person is found guilty he will be asked to appear in front of the court. This also implied if Congress comes to know about ignoramus behavior from a witness he would be asked to say the complete truth. Judicial system continues its proceedings on the basis of honest witnesses. In a court, the person who is stating allegation against somebody he has to take an oath. It is basically to make sure will speak the entire truth in their testimony. This is a compulsion which is mentioned in the judicial system. There have been cases where players are accused for their ignoramus behavior. Clemens was also charged with this accuse in 2008 and he was asked whether he used steroids or not. He had denied using it.
